The Great Ocean Road
Known as one of the most scenic coastal roads in the world, the Great Ocean Road offers iconic views such as of the 12 apostles, paradise beaches for the surfers, rainforests and typical Australian wildlife.
My Great Ocean Road-day started out at Port Campbell, where I stayed at the Port Campbell Hostel. The highlights of exploring the GOR was the Loch Ard Gorge, watching some eye candy surf at Bells Beach, the twelve apostles and the now broken London Bridge.
For those of you who are keen hikers and have enough time, there is also the Great Ocean Walk that stretches 104 km. You can find a great walk itinerary here.
